Before Subscribing
You benefit from a 7-day free trial to test the service.
These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Kotoba Interactive and any person wishing to subscribe to EnglishSRS services.
EnglishSRS offers a Mandarin Chinese learning platform including:
Prices in euros. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).
Payment is made by credit card through our secure provider Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
You have 14 days from subscribing to exercise your right of withdrawal without justification.
To exercise this right, contact us at contact@kotobainteractive.com. Refund within 14 days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Kotoba Interactive undertakes to implement all necessary means to ensure service quality and continuity. Liability is limited to direct damages.
In case of dispute, first contact our customer service to seek an amicable solution.

In accordance with Articles L.224-25-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (transposing EU Directive 2019/770), the digital content provided by EnglishSRS is subject to the legal guarantee of conformity.

In case of a lack of conformity found within 2 years from the supply of the digital content, you may obtain conformity of the content, or failing that, a price reduction or contract termination.
The lack of conformity is presumed to exist at the time of supply of the digital content, unless proven otherwise.
