These Terms of Use govern the use of the EnglishSRS platform accessible at https://englishsrs.com. By accessing and using EnglishSRS, you accept these terms without reservation.

EnglishSRS is a Chinese learning platform based on a spaced repetition system (SRS).

7-day free trial with full access to premium features upon email verification.

Using EnglishSRS requires creating a user account. Registration conditions:

• • Provide accurate information
• • Have a valid email address
• • Accept these ToU and Privacy Policy

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

EnglishSRS is intended for personal, non-commercial use. It is prohibited to:

• • Use the service for illegal purposes
• • Attempt to access other users' accounts
• • Distribute offensive content
• • Copy or distribute content without authorization
• • Use robots or automated tools

All EnglishSRS content (texts, graphics, logos, images, audio, software, HSK database) is the exclusive property of EnglishSRS or its licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Payment is made securely via Stripe. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled.

You have 14 days from subscribing to exercise your right of withdrawal.

EnglishSRS strives to maintain service availability 24/7 with a 99.5% uptime target. We cannot guarantee absolute availability due to maintenance or technical incidents. EnglishSRS cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the service.

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. Deletion is permanent.

EnglishSRS reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of violation of these ToU.

These ToU are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution first. Failing agreement, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
